I can’t say enough good things about Preston and the team at Hendrick Collision Center in Cary. After dealing with another company that couldn’t resolve my issue, Preston stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He genuinely cared about making things right and treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. He took the time to address every concern, made sure the work was done correctly. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care is incredibly rare these days. It’s obvious that Preston takes great pride in his work and truly wants every customer to leave satisfied. Because of him, I’ll gladly recommend Hendrick Collision Center in Cary to anyone who needs collision or body work. This is a fantastic business with people who stand behind their work and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Thank you again, Preston!

I ended up at Hendrick after first taking my Toyota FJ Cruiser into Anderson Toyota, where I’ve gotten it serviced multiple times, to replace my windshield header that literally flew off my car while I was driving. Anderson Toyota said it was a body shop thing, they didn’t touch FJ Cruisers for issues like that, and told me to go somewhere else, so they weren’t much help. I was panicking and thinking this header was going to be a major issue. Hendrick got me in that same morning after I called them. One of the guys at Hendrick took a look, spent a few minutes researching and pulling some info on the part, and told me to go over to the parts department at their Toyota dealer to save some money buying it directly. I then came back with the part, and the Hendrick folks installed it with no problem in less than 15 minutes. On top of all that, they didn’t charge me anything. They were courteous and really helped me out in a pinch.

Took my boyfriend's car to get the bumper fixed and had an amazing experience! Robert was professional and efficient, and Ms. Tony at the front desk was polite and handled payment nicely. Quick turnaround (Tuesday to Friday) and no pressure sales. Highly recommend!

After my vehicle was struck by a airborne tractor trailer tire tread on the a beautiful and smooth section of South Carolina I-95, Hendrick Collision of Cary took great care in repairing my vehicle in extremely fast manner, with extreme precision. I was surprised how fast things got done. Great care was taken in keeping my vehicle locked up and safe while it was there. These guys really care. Communication was excellent. Ask for Preston!
